Cermetized surface treatment
The technology uses liquid process technology to promote the self-generation of a highly crystalline ceramic layer by metal, which combines the excellent characteristics of metal and ceramics. Metal has excellent thermal conductivity, ceramics have excellent heat dissipation characteristics through phonons, and the formed ceramics are porous, which can greatly increase the surface area and improve the heat dissipation effect. Therefore, our metal composite ceramic material can be used for high-power and high-watt electronic and optoelectronic component applications. The ceramic film has excellent electrical insulation, with hardness of >1000Hv (depending on the thickness of the oxide layer) and high corrosion resistance (>48hr salt test, depending on the thickness of the oxide layer), and can be used in severe and difficult environment, as well as general tool coatings. Depending on the compound of the oxide layer, the colors that can be produced are also different, white, black, dark green, dark red, yellow-red, etc. are developed in the initial stage. It can also be achieved with the difficult surface treatment.
