Choosing the right nebulizer specifications is the first step
Jet, ultrasonic, mesh – which is the right choice?

Jet nebulizers are very affordable, but take up a lot of space and are noisy; product satisfaction tends to be low. Ultrasonic nebulizers are quiet, but have problems with heated liquids, which means they can’t work in all products. Mesh nebulizers use a vibrating mesh with microscopic holes to nebulize medication, which means they are quiet, take up little space, have high efficiency, and are very stable. This makes mesh nebulizers great for medical applications and other high-spec requirements. Mesh nebulizers are today’s best choice for development potential.

Mesh Nebulizer

SpecDroplet diameter c. 5 µm2–5 µm≥2µm
FeatureLow price; standard specs.Low noiseSeparate medication chamber; no cross-contamination; doesn’t take much space; temperature doesn’t affect medication
DrawbacksLarge amount of residue; takes a lot of space; noisyTakes a lot of space; not suited to suspension; and Oscillating at MHz frequencies heats the medication during nebulization.Development specifications relatively complex
Not all mesh nebulizers are built alike
The key: The mesh plate

Text: The mesh plate’s specifications directly determine the fineness of a nebulizer’s particles, the nebulizer’s stability, and the medication usage rate. If the plate’s pores are uneven in diameter or the material is unstable, this will cause inconsistent nebulization, lowered medication effectiveness, and a risk of blockages. When you choose a mesh nebulizer, consider the pore diameter (recommended 3–5 µm), nebulization efficiency, medication residue quantity, and material anti-corrosion qualities. A high-quality nebulizer mesh can hugely enhance the overall machine’s abilities and user experience, making it the key to a successful product!

Choose electroforming,

Greatly reduces risks of failure when applying for FDA, CE, TFDA, and other certifications
Add directly to qualification list for QMS quality supply chain, to accelerate mass-production decisions

Aligned with the spirit of
environmental sustainability and ESG

In line with future trends; no need to worry about big product changes following regulatory upheaval
Regulatory compliance, right out of the factory; big advantages for going international
Meets your development needs for every kind of nebulizer product

▪︎ Medical devices: For developing precision (non-invasive) medication applications; inhalers; ophthalmic nebulizers; transdermal devices; and other medical devices that require turning medication into ultra-fine particle (micrometer-/nanometer-scale) aerosols.
▪︎ High-end skincare devices: Smart infusers (serum infusion) and on-demand sprays. Great for serums with high ingredient activity and weak molecular structures that can’t be used with heat treatment.
▪︎ Consumer electronics: Smart nebulizing diffusers, air purifiers, and other products that require precise, microparticle nebulization; makes your product more competitive and creates technological selling points.
▪︎
Agri-tech: Greenhouse misting systems; liquid fertilizer sprays; and anti-disease sprays. Good for developing high-economic-value agricultural devices; reduces agri-product usage and lowers care costs.
